The TCSA is happy to announce the development of The Freedom Lounge, a space for BIPOC and Racialized students to create community, feel empowered, honour their histories, and celebrate their lived experiences. Within this space, we seek to engage all students in initiatives that actively dismantle oppressive, racist, and colonial ideologies and practices while creating a positive and reflexive environment.

On Thursday, September 9th, 2021, from 1pm to 4pm, join us on the second floor of the Student Centre (TSC 2.09) to celebrate the grand opening of The Freedom Lounge. We will have catering, musical entertainment, a photo booth, arcade games, giveaways, and more. Drop by anytime to see the beautiful space.
