Student Issues and Advocacy

The TCSA is here to represent and advocate for all undergraduate students at Trent University through many avenues.

As your student union, our main goal is to ensure that all students are treated fairly and equitably. We are here to help inform you about your rights as students and members of the Trent community at large.

Whether it is lobbying to the administration and provincial government or sitting on various committees to voice students concerns and needs, your student union is here to help. We are also available to assist students with any challenges that they may face for the duration of their time at Trent, such as academic and financial petitions and appeals, academic dishonesty hearings, complaints regarding faculty and/or staff, housing and tenant rights, and financial assistance. You can book an appointment with any of our staff or executive members by calling (705) 748-1000 or emailing info@trentcentral.ca
