TCSA Anti-Racism review

In August 2020, the TCSA expressed a desire to conduct a review of our policies, training, advocacy, and community engagement practices to recognize the areas in which we can better support anti-racism initiatives as well as our BIPOC members.

The goal of this review was to gain access to raining modules, reference materials and resources, suggested policy changes, and membership consultation, in order to contribute to a more equitable student association.
