Booking Requests
Much of the Student Centre is available to be booked for events by Trent students, staff or faculty. Parties external to the school can also book events or times. The TCSA handles bookings for the Events space, the Atrium and several table bookings in high-visibility areas on campus to promote your business or your product.
For internal bookings go to:
Log-in to your MyTrent
Select "Services" and choose "Room Bookings"
Log-in to the room bookings portal
Click on "Request a Specific Room"
Click "Request Type" drop-down menu and select "Student Centre Space"
Select the spaced desired
Highlight the space you wish to book and chose the date on the calendar.

Events Space
The events space is a beautiful 1392-square-foot room with patio access. The room comfortably fits 22 tables and 116 people. It has a projector screen with audio system for presentations. Great for small events.
Cost:
Registered Student Club/Group or TCSA-sponsored: $0
External to TCSA, Student-focused: $75 for 3 hours or less; $175 per day
External to TCSA, Non Student-focused: $150 for 3 hours of less; $350 per day
Non-Profit Organization: $75 for 3 hours or less; $175 per Day
Local Business/Corporate Fee: $150 for 3 hours or less; 350 per day
Alumni Atrium
The Alumni Atrium is a scenic and central space perfect for large events. With a perfect view of the Otonabee River, the space can hold 333 guests with room for a podium, stage, and tables and chairs.
Restrictions: no bookings are permitted during exam periods.
Cost:
Registered Student Club/Group or TCSA-sponsored: $150 for 3 hours or less; $300 per day
External to TCSA, Student-focused: $150 for 3 hours or less; $300 per day
External to TCSA, Non Student-focused: $300 for 3 hours of less; $600 per day
Non-Profit Organization: $150 for 3 hours or less; $300 per Day
Local Business/Corporate Fee: $300 for 3 hours or less; $600 per day
Table Bookings
The Student Centre also offers two vendor spaces, available year-round. These spaces are located in high traffic areas and are great for student groups or local businesses wishing to advertise, recruit, or sell products or event tickets.
Table bookings are also available in Otonabee Collage, both under the cafeteria and outside Wenjack Theatre.
