The TCSA is pleased to offer a service that will save you money and time by having your prescription drugs delivered right to campus or a location nearest you!

The Direct2U Prescription service is available to ALL students at Trent University and will allow you to get your prescriptions, for a lower cost, delivered to the TCSA Office (or location nearest you) the next business day – at no additional cost! Direct2U Prescriptions is powered by Alliance Pharmacy.

How to submit your prescription to Direct2U:

NEW Prescriptions: Write your phone number on your prescription and fax it from the doctor’s office to 1-877-835-8329.

EXISTING Prescriptions: Call Alliance Pharmacy at 1-877-796-7979 and they will transfer your existing prescriptions to their pharmacy, or register online.

What if I need a refill?

The next time you need a refill, just give Alliance Pharmacy a call (1-877-796-7979) and they will send you a new batch (or opt into their Refill Reminder Service and they will contact you!)

What if I don’t live on campus or I am on a break or graduating?

Alliance Pharmacy can deliver to ANY location in Canada using ANY drug plan! If you are not on campus, or located in another city, you may have your prescriptions delivered to the closest FedEx depot or Canada Post location via Xpresspost.

How can I speak to a pharmacist?

Alliance Pharmacy has pharmacists ready to assist you at any time, just call 1-877-796-7979. If you are on a tight schedule, you can book an appointment for them to call when it is convenient for YOU!

What if I opted out of the Trent Student Benefits health plan, can I still use Direct2U?

Yes, all students can use Direct2U with their own plans. All other students who use Direct2U, but are not on the Trent Student Benefits plan will save money using this service. Alliance Pharmacy uses lower dispensing fees and competitive markups to help save you money. There is no cost to activate your membership and no additional cost for them to deliver your prescription!
