Position Title: 

External Representative – Organizational Review & Development Committee

Summary of tasks required:

  • Attend meetings of the Organizational Review & Development Committee.

  • Conduct accountable and transparent analysis of the TCSA’s by-laws and policies to ensure their functions and effects benefit the membership of the Association.

  • Contribute to the work of the Organizational Review and Development Committee by collaborating, making suggestions, and voting on proposed changes.

  • Be willing to attend Semi-Annual General Meetings in the fall and winter semesters.

  • Be willing to attend meetings to solicit suggestions about the TCSA’s policies and procedures from the membership at large.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses experience and knowledge of policy and analysis, especially policy impacting students.

  • Have previous experience with student organizations at Trent University.

  • Have a self-motivated and reliable approach.

  • Have some existing knowledge of the Association.

  • Be a member of the Association.

  • Be willing to fulfill the responsibilities of this appointment until the Winter Semi-Annual General Meeting.
