The TCSA is bringing back a popular FREE yoga class with yoga instructor Carly Eagles from The Willow Studio in Peterborough. This one-hour gentle yoga class is suitable for all levels. No yoga experience necessary. Carly will lead you through some stretches and gentle movements to help you de-stress and relax.
