True Peace Trent Mindfulness Meditation Group

"We have to walk in a way that we only print peace and serenity on the Earth. Walk as if you are kissing the Earth with your feet," says Thich Nhat Hanh.

The True Peace Trent Mindfulness Group, in partnership with the Kawartha World Issues Centre, invites you to learn how to be more mindful in daily life. Following the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, facilitator Ghan Chee will guide us through a practice of still and moving meditations.
