Sprouts are a burst of energy and flavour, packed into a tender green. Sprouting seeds, such as alfalfa or radish, increases the nutrition and flavour of the greens, and is a great way to include fresh and delicious foods into your daily menu.
On Monday, February 10th, join Amanda from Belmont Farmstead as we learn how to sprout seeds successfully using the jar method. The jar method is a simple set up that consists of: a jar; seeds; a tilting stand; and a screen lid - all of which will ensure successful sprouting and delicious greens available every day, for next to no cost.
You will be completely set up to sprout at home after attending this workshop; we hope you can come!
