Coverage for your 2021-2022 Trent Student Health and Dental Benefits begins on September 1st, 2021 and is valid for a full twelve months, ending August 31st, 2022. All students registered in 1.5 credits or more are enrolled in this comprehensive benefits plan that offers overage for prescriptions, dental work, vision care, counselling, physiotherapy, nutritionists, and more. If you are enrolled in fewer than 1.5 credits and wish to join this plan, you can opt-in between now and September 30th, 2021 by visiting our benefits website. You may also add dependents to this plan online.

If you have alternative health coverage from an employer, partner, or parent, you can choose to keep this plan or choose to opt-out. Opt-outs can be submitted on our benefits website, and must be done by the end of this month, September 30th, 2021.
